The Mississippi Gulf Coast is geographically situated at the Gulf of Mexico, making it one of the most climate vulnerable states in the U.S. Climate change impacts our health and economic welfare. We’re experiencing unprecedented sea-level rise, flooding, hurricanes, heatwaves and cold. EEECHO uses education and training to prepare our communities to mitigate and adapt to climate impacts and become more resilient and sustainable. EEECHO engages in local to global campaigns against false climate solutions. We have ongoing working relationships with emergency and disaster relief agencies and first responders.
